Yes. By entering your customers details in Shipping Address and your own details in Billing Address. Please be aware that not you, but your customer will be the licencee and will need to sign Oracle's license agreement (TOMA) to turn our quote into an actual order. Can I get advise and order at the Darwin License Store no matter where I'm from?
Yes, Darwin License Store allows all country's to place an order. When you Register you select your Country. Please do Register during shopping because pricing may vary a little between countries. If you don't Register during shopping you'll be asked to Register at Checkout. Furthermore, Oracle (TM) has a Global Pricing and Licensing Policy. This implies that the Terms and Conditions are exactly the same no matter the country where you reside. This is reflected in the Darwin License Store, no matter where you are from, you can place an order or ask us for a quote!How does the store work?
This store is developed to obtain Oracle software licenses in an easy way. You select your desired product within the product categories. You wil be asked to specify your purchase: metric, term, quantity
and whether or not you want first year support. Press 'Add to Cart'. After this you can go back and continue shopping or press 'Next' which will bring you to the checkout process. The checkout is one-page so you can clearly read the pricing and conditions regarding your quote and purchases.What prices are displayed in the store?
When you are not logged-in you see Gross Prices (excluding discount). The 'not-logged-in' Prices are Oracle's Global List Prices. When you are logged in you see Net Prices (including discount). Furthermore, all displayed prices are excluding tax and excluding VAT (Europe). The appropiate tax (if applicable) will be added when placed in the shopping cart. My currency is not displayed, can I choose another currency?
In our store you can change currency between Euro, USD and GBP. The USD and GBP are for reference only. When ordering an product the available currency for payment is Euro. If you require another currency for payment please contact us.Where can I download my purchased software?
When you have placed an order at the Darwin License Store you will get a confirmation of our quote and your order in several notification e-mails, stating the status while we process your order. You may download your purchased software from the Oracle E-Delivery website. Please go to http://edelivery.oracle.com
.Your proof of purchase is your Darwin License Store Purchase Order Number in combination with the CSI (Customer Support Identifier) - Number issued by Oracle Corporation. Normally, Oracle software comes without documentation on paper, without a license certificate and without a physical copy (the only thing you buy is a licence or legal right to use the software). If you want to receive a media pack (extra costs are applicable) please contact us. What happens after I finish the quote?
After entering your order in the shopping cart, you will receive an immediate confirmation that your quote is created. Shortly after this your order is processed by us. We review the order and change its status to Confirmed and it will become an order. From this moment you may acquire the licenses. You can view your order status at any time by logging-in with your account and navigate to "Account Settings - Order History (View your orders)". At this stage we prepare and send the invoice (to the billing e-mailaddress you specified at checkout). After you pay our invoice you can download the software from the Oracle E-Delivery Web site (http://edelivery.oracle.com
). After receiving your payment your order is Completed and we continue processing your order to Oracle Corporation in order to register your licenses. We will provide you with the associated Oracle Order-ID (which is your Proof of Purchase together with our Invoice) and the CSI- (Customer Support Identifier) Number. This CSI Number gives you access to Oracle Support that you (optionally) have purchased. Then we Close the order.
